- Construction Loans (residential or commercial): This product helps you build, remodel or expand your improvements.
- Retail, Office, Industrial, Warehouse & Multi-family: These property types can be refinanced or purchased using our commercial real estate loan products. These loans are available for owner occupied properties or investment properties.
- SBA 504 Loans: Available as a government guaranteed loan program, this type of loan provides long-term fixed asset financing usually for owner occupied real estate. For loans that qualify for this program, the borrower may have a lower down payment with a longer loan term.

- Business Lines of Credit: Lines of credit are available to support a business’ short-term working capital needs. This product features interest only payments with principal reduced as the cash cycle strengthens. The typical term for this product is 1 year.
- Business Term Loans: This product is used to finance equipment, vehicles, facility enhancements or business expansion. Characteristics include monthly principal and interest payments typically amortized in 5 years or less.
- Letters of Credit: This product is put in place to guaranty performance or payment to the beneficiary. Letters of Credit normally have a term of 1 year and accrue interest only if drawn upon.
- SBA & Business Oregon loans: These products are available through government loan programs and exist to support small businesses. See a Willamette Valley Bank commercial loan officer for specific details about these products.

- Operating Lines of Credit: This product provides cash flow to support a farm’s operations during their agricultural cycle. The line requires interest only payments monthly with principal repaid following harvest.
- Machinery & Equipment Financing: Financing available to support the purchase of new or used farm equipment. The loan is repaid through monthly installments usually amortized in 5 years or less.
- Farmland / Real Estate Loans: This product supports the acquisition/expansion or refinance of a farm’s real estate.
